Hurricane Sandy Storm Surge Flooding Lower Manhattan

I was running around the lower Westside highway park when the Hudson River broke thru and began flooding all of the Westside highway and TriBeCa. We were the only people in the street which was all white water rapids. The water level went up by 3 ft in about 15 mins. We left when the water became to deep and started to smell burning wire.
