Traditional Joinery with Dereck Glaser

Before electric welding the world was held together by mechanical means. In this workshop these students learn the basics of this traditional trade, making a 6 joined square that a 6 forged ring fits inside of. The ring is then collared. Pass throughs are included so this piece and be part of a gate or a piece of furniture in the future.
