6 key changes in the new 2022 24 gymnastics Code of Points ( Co P)

I havent done an update video in a while, but this one seems important The FIG recently released a copy of the 202224 Code of Points (CoP) for womens artistic gymnastics. This very long document outlines every skill, how execution scores can be calculated, guides on finding difficulty scores, and lists of deductions. If someone really wanted to learn how to judge gymnastics from the ground up, and only had one resource, the Code would be a way to learn everything about the sport.
