Echinodorus Red Diamond

Echinodorus Red Diamond is a rosette plant in Tropicas Medium category and comes supplied in pots. It grows up 25cm tall and 25cm wide making it an ideal focal point plant for most aquariums. It is grown in Tropicas greenhouses hydroponically and transforms in colour once adapted to its underwater form. New leaves usually turn a pale colour with more mature leaves turning more colourful in proportion to the amount of light and nutrients available. Like all Echinodorus species it appreciates a nutrientrich substrate.
