THOR HAMMER KETTLEBELL, 10 20 minute Home Workout
Thor hammer kettlebell workout that involved lunges and swings. Great workout to work grip strength, strong posture and of course your legs. Emily will be using a normal standard kettlebell whilst I ll be using the Tribe Wod Thor Hammer Kettlebell (55lb). This workout was programmed by District H here in Houston Texas. If you only have a dumbbell the workout can be easily modified to use that also. Workout details can be found below.
