The Adjustable Box Joint Jig: No Dado Stack, No Router Table, No Problem
, woodworking, boxjoint, fingerjoint, joinery In this video I make an adjustable version of my Box Joint Jig. This jig can accommodate almost any thickness of board and works without the use of a router table or expensive Dado stacks. I show in detail how to install the pin and how to create a hardware solution for the adjustable moving parts. The cost of this jig is less than five dollars using scrap bin pieces, a couple of nuts, two hexdriver flat head bolts and two washers. This jig will help you start your own production line, regardless of whether youre making planter boxes, benches, blanket boxes or drawers. This jig makes oldstyle joinery a piece of cake Thanks for watching Be safe WATCH THE ULTIMATE SMALL WORKSHOP BENCH SERIES: DOWNLOAD THE SKETCHUP PLANS FOR THE ULTIMATE SMALL WORKSHOP BENCH: VISIT MY WEBSITE: FOR
