Outdoor Bodyweight Workout, Sarah Grace Fitness
Here s a good workout for you all to do, and it doesn t require any equipment I recommend doing this one outdoors. It took me just under 7 minutes to do. The workout is: 50 Air squats 50 Pushups 50 Alternating lunges Every Minute On the Minute (EMOM) do down and back lateral shuffle I recommend working up to 23 rounds this workout.
