Bengali Kacha Aamer Chutney IN Raw mango 2 large size Ginger1 tsp (finely chopped) Oil1 tbsp Bay leaf 1 Dry red chili 1 piece Panchforan1tsp Salt as required Turmeric powder1, 2 tsp Sugar1 cup METHOD Boil raw mango pieces in salted water for 2 minutes Strain the mangoes Heat 1 tbsp of mustard oil in a pan Add panchforan Add dry red chili Add bay leaf Add raw mango pieces Add turmeric powder Add salt as required Stir well Cover the pan Cook it for 1minute Remove the lid Add chopped ginger Add 1 cup of water Add sugar Mix properly Now the Bengali Kacha Aamer Chutney is ready
