Jon Wasserman performing Yesterday by the inimitable Beatles. He is playing a Dominique Delarue Classical Guitar, 258 with Western Red Cedar top and East Indian Rosewood back sides. Jonathan Wasserman is a student at Indiana University Jacobs School of Music (IU) where he studies classical guitar, early music, music education and ethnomusicology. He has performed in venues ranging from Carnegie Hall with the IU NOTUS Choir to ancient churches in Quito, Ecuador with Ensemble Lipzodes. His other performing ensembles include the IU Baroque Orchestra and Early Music Ensemble Concentus, IU Guitar Ensemble, IU Latin American Music Ensemble, Burgundian Consort, and other IU Choruses. Coupled with ensemble performances, he also regularly performs solo and chamber recitals on the classical guitar and early plucked string instruments.
