Well guys, here it is The year of 2017 seen through its highlights. The start of the year was right around the time I was able to stand on both feet, and despite all the work and care that follows a compound fracture, I never felt like I went through a period of recovery. I kept exploring, I kept creating. I kept going. And I ll be the first to exclaim that I was truly blessed by God and by my family and friends in my healing. I did my part (and there s more I could have done), but that was a tiny fraction compared to everything they did for me. My friends and family mean so much to me, and I think the thankfulness can be seen in the movement. 2017 was a year of discovery. What can I do in my new reality With one leg much stronger than the other it closed off opportunities but also created new ones. Even still, backtracking wasn t on the playing board only new routes and new realms to explore. I never felt like I had to get back to where I was, and I knew that God
