French arts student rag Paris 1922. French art students of the Ecole des Beaux Arts execute cubism and futurism in effigy. Silly costume parade outside the school: students dressed up as various types of executioners w, clubs fake axes; Roman Catholic church officials; ancient soldiers; etc. ; plus many just in suits or jackets. A few carry signs; not all legible but may say Mort a Futurism (Death to Futurism); etc. They stop and watch as one young man makes speech (perhaps reading the charges ). Then they perform the execution; w, student in costume w, big head mask portraying the unwanted artistic styles. He leans over block and execution pretends to chop and saw off his head; then holds it above. Finally; shot of the students lined up along a bridge; something which is probably the mask; goes flying into the river.
