Lee Devonald, one of our very own rendering engineers, managed to travel across the pond (probably by boat) to break down his process for adding superfluous U s to object names, working with scan data, previewing materials on high resolution meshes, material and shader setup for the final low poly, and something about trousers, which are apparently not pants.
