The Air Line (1931)
Introductory intertitle reads: Out in the wild and woody west they evidently had a man who had heard of straphanging for he devised this High angle shot of men moving large logs around a lumber yard. C, U of two men in attaching a bundle of large logs to a pulley system with a chain. C, U of man tightening the clasp. The logs move away from the camera on the pulley system. Low angle shots of the logs moving along through the air. The logs are taking far down into the valley a real air reads the intertitle. Various shots of the logs being moved. The logs reach their destination. We then see the logs being transported by a different method horses pull carts loaded up with timber. Was an item in Pathe Pictorial issue number 668.
