Neighbor said they were going to call CODE ENFORCMENT on DECEASED Homeowner

Its So SKETCHY knocking on homes like I Knocked on this random door, NO ONE ANSWERED. It was a complete eyesore on this street, every other house was nice and maintained. So after no one answered I went to a Neighbor to see what the deal was with this lawn and he gave me the rundown. As I was walking back to the property (debating if I should mow it or no without promission) I was spotted by another nieghbor that recognized me from YouTube. He said they were about to call the county on this code enforcement.
