Aerials Recap ( Spits, Snatch, Lindy Flip, Kaye Flip) with Kenny Nelson

Wow That was an intense 3 hours. The organizer wanted me to teach three aerials: the Snatch, Lindy Flip (also known as the Around the Back, Frankie, Lamppost), and Kaye Flip. The Spits were a necessary learning step for a good Snatch. Notes: I was teaching by myself and demonstrated with a really great student. These aerials are not perfect.
