The 2013 Arnold Weightlifting Championships

Nicole Lim, Rob Blackwell and Spencer Moorman made the trek out to Columbus, OH for the Arnold Weightlifting Classic, one of the biggest national meets of the year. All 3 performed admirably, lifting on the national platform in front of many of our friends from all over the country.
