Bright, Glowing Object Videotaped over Reno, Nevada

Reno, Nevada 070720 I was on a walk in the neighborhood. I observed a very bright object in the sky, but I could not make out what it was. I took a picture of it (at 9:27). I kept on walking and at 9:38 I turned a corner and I saw the same object was hovering between a church and flag pole. I could make out that the object was large and solid and had five circular, bright white lights that would go on and off at various times. I then began videotaping it with my phone and described it as did so.
