Yoga Exercises with the Heron and One Legged King Pigeon I Poses In this video, I will start with warm up breathing exercises. From there, I will do the heron pose. Next, I will do the low lunge pose. This will really stretch your legs. The next exercise, I will do the monkey pose. Please be careful when you do this stretch. Go at your own pace. The last part of the routine, I will transition into a one legged king pigeon I pose. This will work on your balance and flexibility. Last but not least, I will do some cool down exercises at the end of the routine while in the hero pose. Yoga is serenity.
