US official shamelessly defends making mockery of ICJ ruling on Israel, Janta Ka Reporter

US State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller on Monday said that his country was not bound to agree with every ruling of the International Court of Justice. He was reacting to the ICJs Friday verdict declaring Israeli occupation of the Palestinian Territories as illegal and policies towards Palestinians as apartheid.
