SAKS: Collins Reservoir Spillway ( First Descent )

Feb. 28, 2019 Collins Reservoir Flow: Full on Music: Vibe by Frank Pierce Famba (ft. Emily Bonabon) I eyed this spillway a couple years back when my buddy, Kyle Hall, and I went exploring after what was likely the 4th ever descent of Dry Creek (the section above the reservoir). The entrance looked a little dubious and the bottom had a kicker ramp that was proceeded by about 30 feet of rock.
