Update: At least 5 dead in New York tour bus crash, no children, Live NOW from FOX
New York State Police say at least five people are now dead after a tour bus crashed in western New York on Friday. Officials originally believed at least one child had died but New York State Troop Commander Andre Ray later confirmed that no children died. According to police, the bus with more than 50 passengers onboard lost control and rolled over near Pembroke, about 30 miles east of Buffalo. People inside were ejected as the windows shattered. No other vehicles were involved in the crash. The company operating the tour is called M Y Tour Inc. out of Staten Island. The bus was on a trip from New York City to Niagra Falls and was returning to New York City. No other patients have lifethreatening injuries.
