Front Lever Journey in 10 Weeks at 56 YEARS OLD
Follow my Front Lever journey to try and get it back and hold it for 10 seconds in 10 weeks. When I started I couldnt hold a front lever for more than a second or two tops and that was before by biceps tear injury back in Feb 2019. So now I was starting again from scratch almost a year later. The end result still needs some work. I need to concentrate on lower back and lats strength and glutes so that I can totally straighten the front lever and hold for extra time. But for me its about the journey anyway so all good there. I believe anyone with a reasonable physicality can get this move if they just practise, practise, practise. Consistency in your training, a good programme to follow and effort will bring you success.
