Weird horror movie NOVUM CORPUS ( Eng sub)

The film takes place in the near postapocalyptic future. Two brothers, one of whom suffers from a borderline state of consciousness, are driving a car through the wastelands, where they meet unusual fellow travelers: a couple who promote cyberfeminism and a mysterious girl with symptoms of a zombie virus.
