Wild police chase: Semi truck ripped apart during standoff near Houston, TX, Live NOW from FOX

Authorities have arrested a suspect following an hourslong standoff on a freeway in Harris County, Texas. Aerial footage shows SWAT officers move in on the truck after using a battering ram to rip out sections of the side of the 18wheeler. Officials said it all began when a patrol unit noticed a stalled 18wheeler. The deputy attempted to make a traffic stop but the driver took off.
