Tactile control solo training
Solo training to develop tactile control skills (dexterity, sensitivity, agility, flow) in order to control the opponent s position, incoming force and also the distance between us by using our hands as sensors. These skills will then be immediately used to launch our own attack, be it a strike or a move to disrupt the opponent s balance. In this case we use balls of different sizes, as well as a variety of supporting elements (hands, body, heavy bag, wall). In order of appearance in the video :
