So I decided to make an experiment to see how it will handle this overall greyness and gloom. Will the footage still look good This is my ultimate sharpness and color test of the GoPro MAX on a grey winter day. Settings used: 1080, 30fps (Hero Mode) EV Comp 0 Shutter Auto White Balance Auto ISO Min 100, ISO Max 400 Mic Stereo Max Hypersmooth On Horizon Lock On Every scene was shot in 4 ways: GoPro Color On Low, Med, High Sharpness and Flat Color. Plus, I edited all the Flat Color footage in post.
