Strength Training at Krypton
No personal lifting records this week but thats not what it s always about. Practice, practice, practice, and spending time under tension. That is what makes you stronger. These are my best lifts for this week, but just a supplement to my regular CrossFit training. The CrossFit workouts do impact my max lift numbers but thats what it is all about I enjoy the olympic lifts so this is my way of having fun while training.
