Beautiful watercolor roses. Water or Everclear

In this video I will show you how I use a watercolor brush pen. For the first two cookies I used Everclear, just pipetted it into a pen. For the last one I filled the pen with plain water. Both methods work great If you are a beginner, try painting first with Everclear, it evaporates in seconds and you will have no problem with icing melting.
