4 bight turks head setup for bracelets

In this tutorial I demonstrate how to tie the base knot for many of the turk s head bracelets. We are going to tie a long, 4 bight turk s head for the base. I used a mandrel about 5 or 6 mm in diameter which would be about 1, 4 of an inch. For the cord I used type I paracord. As far as the length of the cord, it was about 10. 5 to 11 feet long.
