Painting from a 3 D Model , ILLUSTRATION
YOU CAN VIEW THE FINAL IMAGE ON MY ARTSTATION HERE; Okay, so i ve done a lot of comfort zone stuff this year in my personal work, lots of greens and trees and rural landscapes etc. So I wanted to make sure I start leaning in and going away from that to better myself, I recently did some texture and lighting studies as practice for new materials. I know this illustration isnt my best, but it is me pushing into a more industrial setting, I need to get better and rendering alternative materials like metals, different stones and fabrics, and this is the start of that I will always be hand painted I used a 3D greybox for this one to help with perspective and lighting the rigid shapes, I believed it helped though it had taken a lot longer. I tried to get some leading lines into the statue especially with the foreground elements. I hope you like it all Some feedback would be appreciated how do you think I m doing CONTACT
