Change Public Policy, Caroline Widmer, TEDx Carouge

Leading change at the professional level is one thing, Caroline Widmer has been doing it for more than ten years now in the private and the public sectors. On a more personal level, Caroline wanted to share how she became aware, as a human being, that we are all at the center of a continuous transformation process bringing us to another dimension and impacting our perception of the world, in its biggest picture. Caroline Widmer is Deputy Secretary General for Communications at the State of Geneva, Switzerland. For more than eight years she has put her dynamism at the service of the public administration and closely follows the technological evolutions and innovations that are transforming our society. Caroline a graduate of McGill University in Canada is passionate about sports, photography, travels, life in all its forms and she has made change a source of energy and a real driver.
