Lifehack: Dorm Room Exercises
This video is about exercises that students can do in their own dorm rooms. The basic work out consists of 2 minutes of cardio and 8 minutes of training. It s up to you how much you want to spend on arms, chest, core, legs, or whatever else you have in mind. What s nice about bodyweight exercises is that you can do them anytime anywhere in the comfort of your home or at a gym. Note: I made this video in a day for a college project.
