This week I make the mint chocolate chip cookies from Nancy Drew: Danger by Design Ingredients: 1, 2 cup butter 1, 3 cup fresh mint 3, 4 cup dark brown sugar 1, 2 Tbsp vanilla 1 egg 1, 2 tsp salt 1, 2 tsp baking soda 1, 2 tsp baking powder 1 1, 4 cups flour 1 cup chocolate chips Directions: Chop the mint and butter and melt in a saucepan on medium heat. Let butter mixture cool for at least 20 minutes. Separate butter from mint and throw away the mint. Mix brown sugar in with the butter. Mix in the vanilla and
