Making an industrial oak and steel coffee table

I made this table from 5x9cm (2 x 3 1, 2 ) oak stickers used for drying lumber. After drying them for a while, it was time to turn them into something nice. This table is a first piece of furniture I m making for my future house I m planing to start building this year. I started by planing two sides of each slat on a jointer. Other two sides are planed down on a planer down to final dimensions of 4. 5x7 cm. Some of them were quite curved so it took a while. . I used d3 polyvinyl acetate glue to glue the slats
