Just over 8 years ago in 2012, four friends in Bristol sang together for the first time in a back garden. A week later, we recorded this video in Josh s kitchen using a laptop webcam on a pile of books A lot has changed since then and since we recently hit 100k subscribers, we thought it was about time to give this classic a fresh remake It s been an incredible 8 years and a lot has happened We want to send special love to Josh and Anna who both spent some wonderful years with the band and helped create what it is today Filmed on board Bristol s famous SS Great Britain The original video has a lot of responsibility for helping us get where we are today. Off the back of this, we received our first invite to a Sea Shanty Festival in Perranporth. From there, Falmouth and from there, Bie Daip in Holland and things kept snowballing from there Thank you for sticking with us on this journey and we can t wait to see what the future brings.
