Richard Durrant is best known for his solo performances as The Guitar Whisperer playing upwards of 70 shows each year throughout the UK and abroad. These performances, whilst centred around the nylon strung guitar, involve collaborations with leading visual artists and the use of digital media. This groundbreaking activity stands alongside Richard s diverse touring adventures from openair recitals, to conventional theatre and music venues, and concerts in churches and cathedrals.
