Murder of Crows Millennium Stage ( July 26, 2016)

Part of the Jean Kennedy Smith Series, the winner of NPRs 2016 Tiny Desk Contest, violinist and vocalist Gaelynn Lea performs with guitarist and vocalist Alan Sparhawk as Murder of Crows. Their nontraditional music style and collaboration consists of Irish fiddle tunes, but their ability to reinvent the ordinary forms a remarkable and liberating concert.
