GYM WORKOUT VLOG WITH THE BEEF AND
An average day at the gym with my buckaroos. DISCLAIMER: Everyone featured in this video is my friend So if things seem a bit sassy at times, it s because we know each other. Not just a sassy little thing with strangers. Some working out. Some shenanigans. Some snacks. We had the snacks them with the whole gym, of course, and then got to business. Snacks and shenanigans at the end with the bloopers. Started out strong with scapular pullups first, of course, as they re a great way to help buildup to the full pull. Then three variations of pullups (did neutral grip, some wide grip, and chinups). Lat pulldowns. A standing lat pulldown. Some curl variations. Finished up strong showing that bag who s boss.
