, Stream, download: BRATS is the Japanese rock band formed by sisters Rei Kuromiya and Aya Kuromiya. Their music expresses the bold, loud sound of today s Japanese youth Rei Kuromiya (vocals) Aya Kuromiya (bass) Hinako (guitar) BRATS began in August 2011 when Rei Kuromiya became a vocalist at the age of 10.
