The Moves You NEED to Get Kick Ass Arms
In this workout from Astrid McGuire, you ll tone your upper body with a number of targeted moves. Grab a pair of weights (510 lbs. ) to get started. You ll do: Bicep Curls. These come with a twist. Do them on your knees, so you focus more on keeping your abs tights and using only your upper body strength. Remember: contract 80 of the way up, and then release slowly. (10 reps)
