Making a Goblin Portrait With WED Clay
This was a fast, onehour project, and was just an excuse for me to get my hands into my new WED Clay. What will I do with my goblin now that it s done Maybe nothing, or maybe I ll add some feathers and turn it into a wall mask. I ll probably just put the clay back in the bag and use it to make something else. I had to order my WED Clay from amazon because my local pottery store doesn t carry it. You can find it here: WED Clay is less expensive than oilbased modeling clay, but you do need to be careful to not let it dry out too much. If you d like to look at the other weird and wonderful faces in Brian Froud s Goblin book, you can find it here: If you re interested in making a paper mache mask, my book shows you exactly how to do it: Remember to come visit me on my blog at ul
