Un ritratto della grande coreografa americana Trisha Brown, che ci parla in totale libertà di danza moderna, processo creativo e rapporto tra musica e gesto, mentre sul palcoscenico prendono corpo due straordinarie invenzioni coreografiche che, con un intuizione insolita e innovativa per il balletto contemporaneo, scaturiscono da opere della musica barocca: il Canto, Pianto, dall Orfeo di Monteverdi e alcuni brani tratti dal Musikalisches Opfer di J.
