Jerk 26+26kg. New PB 102reps
Didn t feel good today, struggled. really cold. Lungs tight, arms sore, but stuck to the plan. 102reps Heavier then normal. I shouldn t have eaten that pizza, i think that affected my lungs as well. Left arm wasn t sitting in socket properly heart rate higher then normal. I think i was a bit stressed and rushed today. Trained early morning today because of work commitments body not use to it anymore. Must do it more to be ready for anything. Tried to concentrate on my lockout more, was
