Yoga Exercises with the Heron and Upright Seated Angle Poses In this video, I will begin by doing the lotus pose, and do some warm up exercises. From there, I will do a variation of the heron pose. I will alternately stretch out both of my legs. Next, I will go into an upright seated angle pose. This will really stretch your legs. I will transition into an easy pose. Then I will transition back into an upright seated angle pose again. The last part of the exercise routine, I will go back into a lotus pose, and I will do some cool down exercises to relax the body.
