With how I had everything planned out, I was expecting it to be long, but not 10+ minutes. Anyway, Daydream was a song I ve wanted to cover for a long time, but never got around to doing it until now. I know I say that for a lot of my songs, but this time it s special, because Daydream s become one of my favorite Hololive songs. Kronii can sing like she means it, and the production is some of the best I ve heard period. There were parts that sounded like they came straight out of a JRPG soundtrack. I wanted to have this work as a companion piece to the A New Start remix. While that one was in the style of Dream Theater, I had a different kind of prog band in mind for this one: Opeth.
