ASMR Turkish hammam, Foam massage

This videi is made for educational purposes. This time I went to a traditional Turkish bath called Hammam. Turkish baths are direct descendants of GrecoRoman thermae. Due to mild heating and high humidity your body relaxes completely, your blood flow and metabolism improve. Turkish hammam is a very interesting and fun thing with lots of health benifits, so if you are in Turkey you should definitely visit Hammam :)
