After watching a couple of the scenes, I was totally taken by the plot. I feel so sad and angry for Xiaofeng because she lost her home and family all in one go because she put her trust and love in someone whom she believed to always be loyal to her. Meanwhile, although Xiaowu is just an alias figure, he was actually sincere to Xiaofeng the entire time. Like he said, My feelings for you are real But he soon had to fulfill his purpose on his revenge, and in the end the two both decided to end their innocent love together. Notice how I emphasized Gu Xiaowu and not Li Chengyin because this video is a representation of both Xiaofeng and Xiaowu s journey.
