Bacterial Growth Timelapse
This is a timelapse made of a petri dish containing nutrient agar. The aim is to show how the bacteria grow and that the growth becomes faster as time goes by (because of the exponential nature of bacterial division). The agar had been sterilised in an pressurised wet autoclave (121 C) prior to the experiment. The type of bacteria is not known, but for what it s worth, I swabbed the floor underneath my cooker at home. Образовательные видео в сообществе
