FM RPT 88 5 Tone received in Australia

hello all, firstly let me apologise for the shaky camera work and lines in my radio lol. this is a simplex repeater on FM with CTCSS tone of from Russia i have been hearing lately here in Australia. i believe it s coming from the city of Kazan from the internet search i did, i think i found a photo of the repeater and it s using alinco DRm03T and it maybe connected to a UHF band radio for cross band for LPD, FRS access dated 21, 1, 15 73 43PR50
