Today we are focusing on building strength in the upper body This dumbbell workout will run you through 4 circuits loaded with exercises to tighten and tone the arms, shoulders, chest + back. We will be completing 12 reps of each move and 3 sets of each circuit total woohoo Whether you are working out at home or at the gym, grab those weights and follow along Weights I m using: small set 5lbs each medium set 10lbs each large 25lbs
